I have a toddler, so having the smaller utensils is very beneficial. I don't have to worry about him piercing himself. While they are sturdy, they are not so sharp that I would consider them dangerous. They are sturdy enough to withstand the abuse from a small child, look great, work well enough in accordance to my expectations, and are easy to use and clean. We don't eat meat and so I can't give any feedback on whether or not they can withstand tough food items, however, I have found that on some relatively thick/raw foods, the forks take a little extra oomph to pick up the food. Despite this, I still love them all the same. I've only had these for about a week, but I have used them for different meals throughout the day since I have received them and so far they are great. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful. After a couple years expect to replace them if you use everyday. They do get worn, splinter and the fork tines can warp. Tip: use a straw cleaner or pipe cleaner to get inbetween the fork tines or it gets nasty build up.

The only quality on this product is the spoons and the handle. The forks stared to break down when hand washing them. Then in the dishwasher they started getting splintered. The spoons are still great.

While I love the utensils, I wish that there were absolutely NO rough edges what so ever on any of them. I wash them all by hand. A few forks, and spoons I found that could be a source of worry to a sensitive mouth lining. Also, if one really has an imagination, provoke thoughts of being scratched or chewing a splinter. I am very careful while eating with each utensil, and find that most of them are fine, but having to be so careful is a bit annoying. I bought them to protect my nonstick cookware from a family member's tendency to grab metal utensils while cooking.

These wooden utensils may not suit the average person but I just love them! Now, you can't tell from the pictures but the smaller set of spoons and forks are pretty darn tiny. I actually like that - they're quite fitting for some of the things I use them for, as well as my son who's a little guy still. But the larger spoons and forks are just fine and are of a more "normal" size for most people's daily needs. Just keep that all in mind if you're considering this purchase The quality is good... the grain and polish is lovely. Overall I'm very happy... and, for the price, you can't beat it. Not sure how they'll last long-term but they seem like they'll do just fine.

I'm really loving these! They feel great, and have a good finish on them. I love wood and I didn't know what a difference it would make to how I felt eating to use them. Great initiation into using wooded silverware. They also exceeded my expectations as far as texture. They are not porous at all, easy to eat with and easy to clean.

These are awesome! They go with all of our decor and they are easy to clean! Would def buy these again!!!

Very happy with the overall quality and feel. We have been using them for 2 weeks now and so far so good. The forks are strong, I don't worry about them breaking. Spoons have a good thickness and depth to them. Comfortable to hold and eat with.
