It's a very high quality yeast for sure... It activated within 10 mins. Good product...

Satisfied.
Loved the product! Yeast activation time is around 9-10mins. Dough rise time is between 30-120mins depending upon the room temperature. I have even tested the cold fermentation and good rise upto 3 days in fridge at around 4-7 degree centigrade. I didn't get much of the flavour which I expected, may be due to many variables.

Go for it. It's works good and is worth the money
I was looking for a good quality yeast since a long time, many active dry yeasts did not work for me, but then i got this instant yeast and it does wonders in baking. I have used it multiple times and it works good. Just seal the zip and store it in the freezer. I have baked buns, breads, pizzas and they rise really well also this Yeast does not leave any taste behind. Just to be sure put it in a luke warm water and sugar before mixing in the dough.
