Gibson Elite Cimarron, 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Red

I have had these for a few years of daily use and and they are terrific. We have hand washed them and run them through the dishwasher no fading, cracking, or chipping. I highly recommend these for daily use plates, plus they look great too. Just wish I could have gotten the matching serving bowl

This was the second set of these dishes I purchased. I wanted to give the first set a try before purchasing a second one. The color matches the product images perfectly. The dishes are well made and very sturdy. The plates and bowls are larger than other sets I've purchased - but perfect for me.I am very pleased with my purchase. I do have to say these were packaged very well and arrived in flawless condition.

The set is absolutely gorgeous. The dishes and mugs are thick and sturdy. They’re heavier than average plates (I’m pretty strong so they’re not heavy to me at all, but I could imagine them being difficult to carry for some people). The colors are rich and even. These are very well made. Unfortunately, one of the larger plates was broken upon arrival. I’m not sure if it’s Amazons fault or delivery but they have to have gone through some hell for one of them to break. I guess that’s just a risk involved with ordering plates. I still love this set of dishware and I’m not sure how I’d go about getting a replacement plate. Other than slight disappointment, the set is beautiful and I’m very happy with them.

A review of a product only weeks after purchase is not the best indication of its durability over time.But this dinnerware is exactly what it looked to be on the site. It came with every piece intact, the colorsjust as shown, very attractive, and has the feel expected.I like the size of the plates, the shape of the bowls and the cups.

Really nice stuff and the colors are wonderful food/earth tones. I was worried that the bowls wouldn't be big enough for noodle or rice dishes, but they're perfectly sized. They're on the heavy side - very solidly made!

We love these bowls. Perfect size for soup and gumbos, etc. Love the colors. Just what we wanted.

This set is sturdy and beautiful, however, surfaces are not smooth, they are not completely covered with the paint or stain, so the ceramic is exposed, similar to a chip, which i feel will effect cleaning, letting in germs and bacteria, and also i would worry food like tomato sauce would stain. Sorry, i am returning.

I really love the set of dishes. I love fall colors and dislike girly, floral, and country patterns. This set fit the bill. All the dishes shipped well and none were broken upon arrival. I've had them for a couple of months and have had no issues with chipping or breaking. My only complaint is that the bowls are so wide that are cereal spoons slide down right in the bowl of milk. I guess I will be ordering a set of long handled spoons to fix that problem.
