I purchased this Insnug Pottery Wheel Art Craft Kit with Polymer Air Dry Clay for our granddaughter for Christmas. It comes with everything stated on the components list; pottery wheel, 2-pack air-dry clay, sponge, color set, palette for mixing, carving tool, carving stand, tangent, dotting pen, gem stickers, table cover, screwer. What it did not come with that I did not realize is three "C" batteries, so you will need to order these as well. Luckily, I have time to order before Christmas. That is a size I don't usually have around. Our granddaughter is 6 and this is good for her age (with adult help). This looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!

BOught it for my grandkid and for parent to spend quality time with kiddo, while doing the pottery. Kid loves the hands-on project and has fun creating things. I recommend to buy extra blocks of pottery clay too!

My daughter purchased this with her own money after her 9th birthday rolled around. She wanted to try making vases and bowl type things. She was able to set it up and start spinning clay on her own. She did say that it is more difficult to do than she thought it would be, so it definitely has a learning curve. She did eventually have the patience to make a little bowl to keep earrings in. We let it dry outside for a few days, but I suppose it could go in the oven to dry as well. I do wish this came in some sort of case or resealable box to keep it in. There’s a few parts to it and we’ve lost a few items and I don’t have a convenient place to store the spinning wheel (especially since it’s covered in clay splatter). But I do see this as being a great gift for a creative kiddo or someone interested in trying out spinning clay. It’s fun and easy to use!

This is going to be a Christmas gift but I took the product out to look at it before I wrapped it. Immediately, I could tell it was going to be easy to use. The wheel/stand has a decent thickness which is indicative of quality. And overall, it looks like a lot of fun! I think my kids are going to love this.

I think I had higher expectations than I should have. While it turns and has the components of a pottery wheel, the turntable itself is stopped easily with very little pressure making it hard to really shape anything. You pretty much have to shape the clay before you put it on there.

I bought this for my friend’s daughter. I was told it works perfectly and the girl love it.

Finally got around to using this after having it for a year or so. It was not easy to use at all. My daughter had a difficult time and after less than 5 minutes of shaping, the wheel just stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on. Do not waste your money.

This product was delivered in a generic cardboard box, not the box that is shown the picture. There were no instructions whatsoever. Bought it as a gift for my niece and we have no idea how to use it
