Bad reviews are definitely from incorrect installation..Make sure you apply enough heat before attempting to remove old case ..Completely remove old residue .Clean the area ..Most importantly check the new adhesive, ofter you will find a bubble or a crease ,, If so remove the offending piece of new adhesive from the new back before applying the back .This will allow the back to sit flushAny raised or incorrectly placed adhesive will cause the new back to crack when pressure applied , a gap in the adhesive is better than a raised ball or kink almost every time I have to remove at least a small blob . The new back is a perfect fit and 100% Original use the lense already supplied do not reuse the old lense

The set was beautifully presented, and included everything you might need. Except for instructions. The glass back is clearly delicate and needs very careful work to get it to fit without damage. I looked at a number of youtube videos as directed, but none of them were appropriate for the cover supplied which had adhesive film pre-applied. Used a hair dryer to warm the old back, but it was still totally destroyed being removed. Several youtube videos showed adhesive being applied from a tube but this was not provided. Another video showed double sided tape strips used, but these were not provided either. The actual back provided was actually a superior solution in that it was mess free and adhesive exactly where it was required. I spent a lot of time removing every trace of the old glue, which was not really emphasised anywhere but which I believe avoided gaps and hence poor adhesion. I also wore nitrile gloves and degreased the mating surfaces with acetone. The final result was quite pleasing and I am hopeful it will last, so only one star lost for lack of instructions.

Tools included. Glue seal included. Real glass. Easy fix.I know it is glass as my dog bit the first one showing me what it was made from. (Glass). So I had to order a second.

Can honestly not express how poor the quality is..🤦‍♂️ Doesn't stick and is seriously yhinn and cracks right away... And to think I've ordered two of these thinking it eas a one off..🤷‍♂️ More fool me..!!! AVOiD

I ordered this before seeing the reviews and theyre all incorrect, if they did smash easily they clearly didnt apply the back glass correctly. Very happy with quality
