Are these the real deal?
Normally r alpha lipoic acid comes as capsules so I was surprised when I opened the packet and found these these to be tablets. Furthermore my previous ones were definitely working as it has a side effect of making your wee quite smelly, like you have eaten lots of asparagus. Since taking these I have noticed my wee doesn’t smell at all. Quite frankly I’m not sure if that is good or bad! I am quite concerned that these may not be as strong or as good a quality as my previous brand. I wanted to like them as they came in biodegradable packaging but sadly I’m not convinced.
