Where is this tape manufactured?

No this did not work for me. It didn't stick at all but it could be because I wear makeup. But that shouldn't have made any difference in my opinon.

Do you peel it off before washing the mask? Does it come off easily from the mask?

I use the tape to secure openings on the top and sides of a disposable surgical mask for added protection, and based on my experience it provides good adhesion and does not detach during normal wear until pulled off. When removing the mask, some of the strips tend to stick more strongly to the face than the mask itself.
