How long do you microwave them?

They are "not" microwaved. I shallow fry them at medium heat (turn out perfect), but technically its deep fried. If I had an air fryer then I would give that a shot to see if it works, as well.

how many panipuri the packet contains ?

I cannot remember the # anymore, but there are quite a lot.

Not at all authentic Indian pani puri

The pani puri did not swell enough upon air frying. The shell was very thick and taste felt nothing close to panipuri.The concentrated pani was too sweet and wasn't spicy. It tasted like preservatives.I wish I could return this!
