These are good hair ties for staying in place without having to make the ties too tight. A bit stiff to use, but function well.

I found these hair ties initially in our big box store and they quit selling them. Luckily found them on Amazon and on subscribe and save. I have a daughter who plays sports and I work out and these are the ONLY ties I’ve found that hold in place. The rubber grip keeps them from slipping during frequent movement. Neither me nor my daughter are tender headed so I don’t feel like they hurt when we remove them (and she doesn’t appear in pain). They do grip more than the smooth ones when sliding them off but i don’t feel like it pulls a lot of hair out (anymore than other hair ties). We have these come every 2 months because you can never have too many hair ties.

These ponytail bands grip all day and don't slide down and also do not damage the hair as some other hair ties can. Have used these for years. They are the only ponytail bands I will buy and have used them for years. (I have straight to slightly wavy smooth hair.)

I bought these while searching for the headbands of the same material. This style really grips your hair and doesn’t slide off. Wish they still made the headbands.

They work well. Only issue is that they were advertised as 4 black and 4 brown. They were all black, and I got them because I have brown hair. But they grip really well, so I can't complain.

Daughter approved. No complaints. I remember my sister with similar when I was a kid in the 80s. It doesn’t seem that much has changed. They still work!

Not enough stretch for thin, long hair in a bun to wrap twice (so too loose), and medium-thick hair to improperly secure a ponytail or bun.Too tight to wear on Wrist.Thick glob of silicone that secures the hair tie is hideous.
