To the best of my knowledge it is made of a durable foam, not latex.

Can the elastic rope be lengthened?

It stretches as the child jumps.

Can this toy be used on grass?

I guess u could, but the beat would b hard surfaces. Our grandson uses it in the house on hardwood floors and outside on the driveway and sidewalk.

Who can produce it? Problem: I bought for my granddaughter after a week she stopped playing.
