Excellent for Larger Wounds
โI used these dressings on a larger scrape, and they worked perfectly. The non-adherent quality is keyโit didn't stick to the wound at all, which made dressing changes much less painful. The individual packs are hygienic and convenient.

I've had these before,shiny side down and then use tape ,and you can cut to size you want

Good for the First Aid Box
Can be cut to size and attached with physio tape - which is quite gentle on the skin. The dressing has a shiny side, to be applied to the wound, which is non-stick - then some layers to cushion the wound. Apply the tape as required. This method is better sometimes than the 'plaster' type. Highly recommend.

Good value
Would 100% recommend these. Got them for an abscess on the leg to put over magnesium paste. Did the job. Good quality and great price. Bought extra to keep in a first aid box.

Not non-adherent
These are not non-adherent, they are low-adherent. Unfortunately I can't use them for the reason I purchased them because of this as they stick to my wound and then become painful to remove without soaking it off slowly.
