#2 8.5x12 Poly Bubble Mailers Padded Envelopes 100 Qty from The Boxery

I have had no issues with these at all!

Am very happy with the purchase. Reasonably priced and the quality is good. I no longer need to use carton boxes to pack my items. It saves me money on boxes and shipping weight. I just wish it is perhaps an inch longer.

I ordered the #2 8.5x12" mailers and they arrived as "AirJacket #2 by PAC Worldwide". Manufactured 04/14/16. They came true to size as described. Inner size is 8.5" x 11.25" and holds about ten sheets of paper before bowing --not that bubble mailers in general are appropriate for sending a stack of paper. =)I ship a lot of USPS flat rate bubble mailers and I wanted something that slightly resembles those for shipping First-Class. Customers complain with the flat rate bubble mailers being difficult to open. The fact that these mailers from AirJacket include an easy-open tab has got me EXCITED! I'll now compare these with the USPS mailers:Airjacket #2 is smaller than the USPS flat rate bubble mailer.Airjacket #2 weighs 0.64 oz. (18g) each. USPS weighs 0.63 oz. (17.8g) each.Airjacket #2 is 5mm thick. USPS is 6mm thick.Airjacket #2 is a grey white, USPS is a bright white.Overall I'm happy with these mailers and are going to work great for me!UPDATE 5/26/2016I just got my shipment of two more boxes. These were manufactured 01/20/16 and are not quite as good IMO. There are three notable differences:1) These are BRIGHT white, in fact they are an exact color match with USPS mailers. (I prefer the "greyish" white because it better hides dirt picked up while shipping.)2) Inside dimensions is exactly 11". (Which is as advertised, but I prefer the 11.25" width)3) Pull tab location is offset from the edge 1.2" (See included photo --I am not surprised the manufacturer has since improved the specs on these.)

I pack books to mail to customers. Very durable.

I tried another brand to try to save a little money. The others had a smaller closure flap with misplaced folds and was harder to seal, enough of a bother that I went back to Boxery.

I love these bubble mailers! i have a shop on Etsy and we have to ship lots of orders! these worked perfectly for all of my items! They are very protective with your items because of the bubble wrap on the inside. They stick great and you don't need extra tape to close them! Plus these are the cheapest around! I have searched so long on a bunch of websites for different secure bubble mailers. Then I found these and they were amazing! If you are looking for a product that will not get your package there safely, this is it. If you want your package water logged (if there is heavy rain), this might also be it too.) Because the manufacturer thought, "oh hey, lets puncture 9000 holes down each side...Anyway, I bought a 100 pack, so looks like im ziplogging everything.

Using for shipping books. Mailer protects them from weather and padding protects the book corners from damage.
