Perfect and convenient
I was worried about the fanny pack being to bulky. It's not, it's the perfect size, very comfortable, and saves me so much time. It's so nice to be able to have items on me that other wise, I would have to make many trips to the supply room. It's great quality and looks great. I see alot of different fanny packs and so many look uncomfortable and seem like they would get in the way. I wear this one on my hip, never have to worry about everything falling out when I bend over or use the restroom.

I am VERY happy with this!
I am a bedside RN and I like to have a system of what goes where. Recently I have found that my favorite scrubs are harder and harder to find, so I have had to get used to new and changing pocket placement. I know this sounds dumb, but reaching for three different pocket locations to find my alcohol swabs or flushes makes me freaking crazy. I thought it was time to try out a fanny pack to mitigate this infuriating issue. I found this one and read the reviews, thought it looked cute, and decided to give it a try. I have worn this for about 5 shifts now and I am SO stinking HAPPY I went this route. I have a pocket or a space to hang supplies...and I mean ALL my daily necessary supplies. I know where everything is, there is room for like 9 flushes without issue and I can clip my phone to the belt. My pants are not being dragged down and my pockets are free...wherever they end up on me for the day. This pack feels very durable, though I don’t love the elastic waistband... thankfully it is removable so if I need to alter it I can.

Love it minus the elastic band
Love love love the pockets and their layout. Perfect so if your bending, everything doesn't fall out of your pockets! Band tends to lose up and always twists in the loop of the pouch. If it was a normal nylon strap, or if you have one at home from a purse, this would be perfect. Overall I'd say get it. I get many compliments on it too!

To be an efficient nurse you need this! It could use one update***
I love the elastic belt on this pouch. It helps me keep all of my supplies when I enter a patients room. My only complaint is I wish there was an additional zip pocket on the back side and I wish the loop on top was Velcro so I could use it to store my stethoscope. However my buckle has broken so I need to purchase another. I wish it also had an additional mesh pocket on backside for phone or gloves.

TAKE MY MONEY!
If you don’t read the rest of this review, do yourself a favor and buy the Fanny pack! Lifesaver on the medsurg floor! Hips: 42”, strap is comfy and fits great. Durability: this thing is packed to the gills and holding strong. Convenience: duh!! BUY IT.I’m a student nurse, though I have worked in hospital settings before. This Fanny-pack style was never the trend on the Tele floor. It seemed like it was almost taboo to have one of these. I’m currently rotating at a hospital that does not allow a pencil pouch (or a water bottle) at the nurses station. I have been carrying around 40 pens, a million squares of gauze and alcohol wipes, phone, chapstick, med cards, pulse ox, pen light, flushes, etc etc etc… in my freakin scrub pants. I can barely walk with all this stuff! Then, just after I had waded through piles of soiled linens from a patient that needed a serious bed change (you get where I’m going with this, right? Explosive diarrhea…) I used the restroom. The second my pants dropped, so did the rest of my crap stuffed in my pockets. All. Over. The bathroom floor, where countless nurses have tracked in God knows what. SO! I said who cares if I look like a dork with my little pack, I’m not cavi-wiping anymore items that fall out of my pocket! Two days later this puppy arrived. I am locked. Loaded. Ready to conquer the floor!! And all I have to do is unbuckle to use the restroom. Crisis averted. I think I might have to start a new trend in the cohort. Nursey-pack for the freakin’ WIN!!

UPDATE!!!!!!! SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS!
UPDATE- Are you kidding me!?!?? I am happily updating my review as after I reached out to the company's customer service, they made it more than ok and were GREAT to work with! They not only offered to send the the previous version (that I initially wanted and that was still pictured on Amazon, but currently being updated based on my review) to me for !!!FREE!!!, but also included a FREE very sturdy wire badge reel, TWO pens, a bottle opener, AND AMAZING hummingbird 4-in-1 scissors!! I was SO disappointed initially with the mixup, however, after contacting the company's direct customer service, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could have ever expected in businesses these days!!!! I am so happy with this company, I will definitely be advertising and a forever customer ❤️ HEALTHCARE WORKERS...SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS!!**I've included a pic of the package received from customer service today as well. Very happy!!Previous review:I finally ordered this fanny based on the pictures and review videos. However, it seems to be an older version (???), the logo is much smaller, the pockets are fairly flimsy and do not have the pen/flush holders in them (as shown in pics), and the color theme isn't even same as pic. I opted for a replacement to be sent in place of my return. Meanwhile, husband talked me into BUYING another one, in hopes it was all just a mixup, only to receive the replacement and new order the same as the forst one and NOT as pictured on Amazon. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and sadly, I will be returning all 3.

Belt review
I wish the belt is not flexible so it doesn’t falls off no matter how heavy stuff is in it
