I have purchased multiple different brands of phone cases for my Galaxy Note phones and nothing tops this one. I purchased the red case over a year ago and absolutely loved it. It made it over a year without any issues. I run about 3-4 times per week and have to remove the case from my phone so I can take it in my running sleeve. The plastic shell held up really well and never broke on me when doing this. (Other brands that won't be named had the plastic shell snap multiple times) I dropped my phone at least a dozen times in the past year and the case did an amazing job of protecting it! (I swear I take care of my phone, but accidents happen!) The only reason I wound up purchasing a second case from this company is because the plastic phone stand on the back FINALLY broke on my red case and I use that stand all the time. So, I decided it was time for a new color and a newer phone case in general. I am so pleased with the durability and the looks of this case. I will for sure buy a third if/when the time comes!

Almost perfect case but short coming are not enough to give it up. This is a good case! Pros - * Solid hard plastic case w/hard rubber trim. * Edges are raised above camera and screen. Sides are baaaaarely above but the top and bottom stick out further. * Width is good for people who have smaller hands than Shaquille O'Neal. All other "ruggedized" cases I found for NOTE 20 Ultra are WAY too wide (AND heavy) for every day use. I tried one and it made me feel like I was holding up an iPad to the side of my head! Cons - * No included screen or camera protectors but you can buy them. * Kickstand is hard to open (at first). Use a key or coin to pop out. With very little time/use mine has loosened enough. * Personal Preference... I wish the Kickstand was metal so that I could use it with my magnetic car mount. Samsung Notes are too heavy if the metal is inside a thicker case. Haven't found the right size add on yet.

I have tired many cases for my Note 20 Ultra and this is my new favorite. I always like the Otterbox cases, but this one is just as good, if not better, for a lower price. This case fit my phone perfectly, feels very high quality, has an included kickstand, and still works with my wireless Qi charger. I especially like how the edge sits higher above the screen and back camera. I feel much better about placing it face down without having to be super gentle about it. I actually dropped the phone just as I got done putting the case on and it landed face down on my concrete porch. My heart skipped a little, but the phone was perfectly fine. This is going to be my new go to brand.

Second one I've ordered. Protects my phone. I'm always in the garden, so it keeps my phone clean. The plastic screen still gets scratched up, but that's from frequent use.

Seems to be very strong. I like the way it has a little more protection around the edges of the screen and especially on the corners where it's beefed up a little bit with what appears to be a somewhat resilient material. It has the kind of kickstand I prefer, but standing up in portrait mode, it leans back a little further than I like. I can live with that. Definitely not slippery to hold. I carry in my back pocket, and it appears that it would be stiff enough not to be a problem and flex like one particular case I had that broke my screen and the back of my phone. Not much difference between it and the last one I had that didn't have a stand. It's microscopic in difference in thickness to that one. So far, very pleased. Time will tell.

Really good protective case. It is a little bit bulky. But very good grip surface, specially the sides of the case. Kickstand is exceptionally good. I has to return spigen case due to terrible kickstand. But thus one us really good. One last thing to ve honest, it is hard to remove the case once installed. Hard , but not impossible. Needs little efforts. Although I violently tried to re.ove the case, it did not break the frame, which indicate good quality

I really like this case. I was worried about not having a cover for the camera lenses, but the lenses are recessed enough with this case that I find them well enough protected. The case not overly bulky while still being sturdy. The texturing on the sides is just enough to give the feeling of some grip. The buttons are easily distinguishable by feel alone.

loooks and feels strong.i have bought a few cases at about the same price and above, but this is the strongest of all. the stand is a plus. i would recommend it.worth it.

This is my second one after I had one on my note 9 I ordered it for my new phone as well. It makes the phone bulkier because the case is bulky. Ads some with and height to the phone. The flaps to protect the charging port are kinda stiff so you need 2 hands to hold the flap down and slide in the charging cable. I won't use that way of charging that much because I mainly charge wirelessly. But it's something to consider. Also the buttons are quite flush with the side of the case so you sometimes are looking for the buttons when you want to press them fast. Not a big deal but it happens.

Good Product. One of the best thing when you open the product and you find a personalised hand written message from the supplier, very innovative and appreciated One comment concerning the inner frame becoming very fragile and can be broken easily if you want to remove the cover.
