I generally don't write reviews however, these insoles are AMAZING! I started a new job where I walk on concrete floors 7hrs a day...I get at least 10,000 steps daily and after a few hours my feet and back were hurting. By the end of the day the pain was so intense, I could barely walk due to the pain. I love my job so started searching for shoes that would help. I bought 5 different pairs all that gave great reviews however, they helped some but still left me in so much pain by the end of the day. I tried taking different pairs and switching out after a few hours, still no big improvement. I did more research and these insoles were recommended. I've tried insteps but these said they were good for concrete floors and flat feet. I decided to give them a try and so very thankful I did. While my feet are a little sore from wearing them all day, my back pain was non-existent!! I actually couldn't believe how great they worked. I deal with low back pain due to unstable SI joint and I didn't even have pain from that! I can't believe I paid so much money on brand name tennis shoes and these insoles are what helped more than expensive tennis shoes or back braces for my SI joint I didn't even need to wear a back brace, which was wonderful! They are well worth the money.🙂

Got it a day earlier than expected. Works perfectly. Took out the 2 insoles I had in my walking shoes and put these in. Walked 6000 steps that day and no plantar fasciitis pain in my heel. Just make sure you pick the right insole for your feet. I have completely flat feet so you want the low arch. It's a lot cheaper than spending 3 to 500 for specially made supports. Worth trying this first. So far so good 👍.

i work on my feet and have painful fallen arches and plantar fasciitis. these have literally changed my life. no more aching legs and feet after work. i refuse to use any other insoles. the fit is perfect and gives the best support. i’ve repurchased these countless times over the years and will continue to do so!

They are ok, they help but still have heel pain.

Didn't work for me, I guess my arches were higher than I thought. But love the brand. I have the memory foam ones that are perfect for my arches and very comfortable and my husband has the pro step ones.

These are THE best inserts we've ever purchased - for anyone with foot pain from low to flat arches these will help. This has been my experience; they support the entire foot in sports/athletic shoes, compatible with most any average brand. They are sturdy but not hard; and offer really great support for the footbed. No odor and easy to place into / take out of shoes. These are designed for athletic shoe - not for dress. I would recommend these to anyone who needs extra support for feet/soles/arches
