My 9 year old grandson requested I buy the Lavender and Tropical sticks for when he spends the night. He said they help him greatly with his congestion at night and first thing in the morning. He uses Lavender at bedtime and Tropical in the morning. We have only used them for two days but he is right they make a difference and he can use them himself because they are all natural. I’m all for something that works, easy to use, all natural, and smells nice but not overwhelming.

These sticks are amazing! Helped me breathe and also gave me a little boost of energy! Love them.

Got the assortment to see which worked best. Hate the wintergreen and tropical but the 2 mints work well. Will reorder those. Some complain they are too expensive and don't last very long. If you don't have any BP or heart probs Benzedrex works better than anything, but these are a natural product that should not cause heart probs. True that effectiveness does diminish rather quickly but still worth the $$ for me.

Don”t waste your money. The lesser priced would be just fine. With The effectiveness, i didn’t notice much. Scent was O.K. All in all i wanted to try it snd was disappointed.
