Celiac safe! Hooray!
We are a celiac household, and need safe (gluten free) oat flour to bake with. This has been a wonderful addition to our household staples, and have repurchased several times. Bakes up amazingly, tastes great!

Taste and texture are nice
This flour has a nice texture and taste, which is good for gluten-free bread. It bakes well when mixed with other flours. All gluten free products are pricier than their equivalent products containing gluten, and this flour is no exception. I will buy it again because I like the quality.

My favorite oat flour
Its not slimy like bobs redmill. I like to make a "raw" cookie dough with this, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt, sweetner, and mini chocolate chips 😋 bobs gets slimy and gooey. This one is the PERECT consistency. I buy it again and again.
