I purchased the 10-pack of the prefilled Luna packs for my Carhart 12-can insulated lunch box, which I only use for picnics for 2. I put the lunch bag in the fridge overnight before using it to ensure the Luna packets start out in the right cold environment (a tip I got from Luna Customer Service when I contacted them for additional product information). These Luna packets worked great for my picnic lunch in 101°F at the beach under shade. After 4 hours the food and drink were still cold. I packed the lunch compactly to retain the cold and resist heat intrusion into potential spaces. Ice is nice but it melts. These Luna packets are a neat alternative to ice. I'm glad I got them🌞

These ice packs work exactly as expected and are a great option for shipping items that need to stay cold. They’re easy to activate, freeze well, and stay cold for a surprisingly long time when paired with an insulated box. I also like that they arrive flat, so they don’t take up much storage space until you’re ready to use them. Great product for women with menopause needing cooling relief! Wow! just what I needed for a 20 hour flight from USA to AUSTRALIA! I packed in an igloo slim lunch box with an ice floor 2 frozen bottles of water and 2 Xl packs and 2 XS PACKS LUNA ICE. the ice water bottles were still frozen when I arrived. Packed the lunch box in my carryon and the water was still 1/2 frozen after 2 days. I placed the XL Packs in the hotel fridge and the product remained partly frozen.

I use these to ship my live fish food and they're AWESOME. When properly boxed up, they can last days! Not only that, they don't take up a lot of space, i soak & freeze the night before i ship out a delivery. but sometimes i forget and ill toss them in the freezer after a few minutes of soaking in water, and with 2 hours they're ready to go! saved my back a few times. Really can't beat the price either. Coming from a upcoming small business owner, its products like these that really save a lot of headache and money. DOA claims are the worst when shipping live food, really eats up your margin and track record, when really its not even in my hands once shipped, but ever since i started adding these to long shipment routes when the weather is hot, i haven't had a single issue!

They work well, however don’t expect to keep them longer than a few seasons. They hold onto scent pretty bad. They’re cheap and efficient though so what can you really ask for?

Easy to prepare but did not last. Shipped a package to Florida and they were melted in less than 48 hours. Insulated and iced package wasn’t cold or warm - just room temp. One item didn’t make it.

This product really surprised me at how well they actually work. I need something small and somewhat flat with all of the cooling power. I run a bakery shed and do farmers markets in the heat of the summer in MN. They work perfectly with the stackable containers I ordered. With 90-100 temps they hold up in my bakery shed for about 8 out of 11 hours I am open. They are still cool at that point but not frozen.

It’s a nice product if you use just for a day and have the ability to put back in the freezer to be refrozen, but as a flight attendant, it did not work for me and now only after two months of use the packages are ripping and the contents of the inside are coming out. I’m going to have to dispose the packages so I don’t think it’s worth the price for only a couple months of use.

Easy to use and reuse, it’s so cool that it comes in flat sheets and you just allow the water to run into them and fill to desired size. Freeze and they are ready. We left ours out at 22oC temperature to see what would happen and they lasted 7 hours, without being in any cooler and never lost a drop of moisture. Definitely will buy more in the future! Great product.

I’ve ordered product similar to this and I was looking forward to them staying in large pieces however once soaked in water they all fell apart into individual pieces not very useful except for lunches

molded after a year of use. Maybe i let it sit defrosted for too long but it wasn't fun to discover. I would keep majority just in storage and use 4 at a time. I like how its compact to store and you can shape it into whatever you want in the freezer.
