I purchased the 10-pack of the prefilled Luna packs for my Carhart 12-can insulated lunch box, which I only use for picnics for 2. I put the lunch bag in the fridge overnight before using it to ensure the Luna packets start out in the right cold environment (a tip I got from Luna Customer Service when I contacted them for additional product information). These Luna packets worked great for my picnic lunch in 101°F at the beach under shade. After 4 hours the food and drink were still cold. I packed the lunch compactly to retain the cold and resist heat intrusion into potential spaces. Ice is nice but it melts. These Luna packets are a neat alternative to ice. I'm glad I got them🌞

Great product for women with menopause needing cooling relief! Wow! just what I needed for a 20 hour flight from USA to AUSTRALIA! I packed in an igloo slim lunch box with an ice floor 2 frozen bottles of water and 2 Xl packs and 2 XS PACKS LUNA ICE. the ice water bottles were still frozen when I arrived. Packed the lunch box in my carryon and the water was still 1/2 frozen after 2 days. I placed the XL Packs in the hotel fridge and the product remained partly frozen.

These ice packs work exactly as expected and are a great option for shipping items that need to stay cold. They’re easy to activate, freeze well, and stay cold for a surprisingly long time when paired with an insulated box. I also like that they arrive flat, so they don’t take up much storage space until you’re ready to use them. Great value if you ship food, medications, or other temperature-sensitive products regularly.

These freezer packs work great for general usage, and as long as you follow the basic instructions, you shouldn't have an issue (barring manufacturing defects). The sheet includes 12 individual "cells" that are perforated for easy separation, allowing you to customize the layout/coverage as needed, and do actually last a surprising period of time. Note that when you first hydrate these, if you place them under running water, watch them closely, as you can hydrate them to the point the cover is stretched tightly, making these more round than flat, and harder to flat pack in your container. I've only used a couple of them a few times, but so far have not had leakage issues, but they are colder than some of the other gel packs I've used (I froze these as per instructions for 24 hrs prior to using them) and did have more condensation on the non-mesh side than with other gel packs. Overall, these have been a great solution for small portable applications (I have a leather dog treat pouch I made for "high value" reward treats, and some snacks for me, I wanted to keep cold/cool), and even on longer walks in 80F+ degree temperatures under direct sunlight for 1+hrs, the contents stayed cold to the touch and fresh, something I've been having trouble achieving with non-gel ice packs.

No frozen foods , just refrigerated products. Packed correctly food in first and then the sheets layered on top. About 5 Layers. 5 days on the road from Florida To New Hampshire, definite crapshoot. But to my surprise, they survived. My cooler was of good Quality. Well insulated. That’s important. The benefit no water in the bottom of your cooler. And reusable. Some I packed in a cardboard box for Storage. And some back in the freezer. The individual ice units are perfect for daily use sandwich soda, puddings. In a small cooler it’s like they came right out of the refrigerator.

Actually super easy and self explanatory! I wish I bought more, they kept everything cold on my 2 day drive in a Trader Joe’s cooler bag!!

First order never showed up so I had to wait 2 weeks to get them. Product works decent and last about 4 hours before they're melted down

Highly recommend. Followed the instructions and it was actually good in my insulated bag for over 12 hours without melting and keeping it cool. No water leak, used many times and still freeze and re use up to this day. Good compact soace that fits everywhere even in small bags

Easy to use and reuse, it’s so cool that it comes in flat sheets and you just allow the water to run into them and fill to desired size. Freeze and they are ready. We left ours out at 22oC temperature to see what would happen and they lasted 7 hours, without being in any cooler and never lost a drop of moisture. Definitely will buy more in the future! Great product.

I’ve ordered product similar to this and I was looking forward to them staying in large pieces however once soaked in water they all fell apart into individual pieces not very useful except for lunches

molded after a year of use. Maybe i let it sit defrosted for too long but it wasn't fun to discover. I would keep majority just in storage and use 4 at a time. I like how its compact to store and you can shape it into whatever you want in the freezer.
