Excellent mood journal
I purchased this journal for my daughter who is experiencing levels of anxiety and mood swings. She said it is helping her as she can write down the things that are bothering her and also keep a daily diary as well as logging her mood for the day. I’m glad I purchased this book and will purchase again!
