Finally something that works!
This is actually working to lower my blood sugar readings. I have tried many other supplements and foods, and they all failed. But within a week, I was getting AM readings in the 80-110 range. I hadnโt seen those numbers in years. Of course, if you eat ice cream before bed, you will get higher AM numbers. But I am delighted with this, so far.

Be aware of side effects
Be aware that this supplement contains a large amount of Vitamin C so don't take an additional Vit C supplement or you will experience loose stools. In addition, if you have GERD, this supplement is not for you - you will have terrible heartburn and acid reflux. If you are otherwise healthy and do not take other medications or supplements, you will probably do fine with it.

Works for me!
I had never heard of this item until my cousin mentioned it. It seems to offset the negative effect that magnesium has on my digestion. I need the magnesium due to Iโll effects of Rx meds.
