It’s a Middle East spice kind of savory goes well when sprinkled over pizza,toast,hummus and salads. Great on top of pita with a drizzle of olive oil. It’s a Hyssop aromatic blend including chickpeas,coriander,za’atar(hyssop)parsley,salt and sour salt. And that’s basically it! I like it!!

My family and I love this seasoning. Whether we sprinkle on pita, add it to buttered pasta or top our green beans, it's delicious. The bottle is nice sized and the 2 flip lids on top cover small or large shaker holes. We find the small holes to be insufficient and only use the large. The flavor isn't 'strong'. My palate picks up the lemon flavor first. I will definitely replace this jar when it's empty.

They no longer make the brand I used to buy. This is just ok, too much of one flavor I can't identify.

I’m used to buying it for 1/3 of the price in Israe (so it’s definitely way overpriced) l But was willing to pay the price to have this because it’s So good!! I just add some with olive oil on bread and put it in the toaster and it’s delicious! and also on hummus and on feta cheese in salad. I really recommend trying this

A friend recommended me this one especifically, I love it's tangy minty flavor. I tried with lettuce tomatoes cucumber salad, on split pea soup and right now with focaccia bread... I can't wait to try on home nade hummus and other dishes. Plus considering the health benefits from the Hyssop plant, it is now a must in my kitchen.
