Really liked it but it broke after 3 times using this. It moved the phone a little and when you re adjust it it broke off UGHI think if you just dont move it around it would have been ok.

Had high hopes for these as I saw all the great reviews. Install on bike and mobile phone was easy. Only problem was that it literally "snapped in half" during a bike ride yesterday and lucky for me I caught my phone. I looked back at the bump I hit and it was nothing; just one of those normal paving bumps between dump trucks.Don't know if it was just a bad batch but I was one a paved bike trail with a road bike and literally only used this for 15 miles before it broke.

I got this junk shipping was fast opened box looked great install was very easy (motorcycle) put my phone on (note2) seems to hold very well went for short ride hit a small bump well let's just say I got a new phone the little ball broke off the clamp still on bike the other part still on the phone so it wasn't because of the installation this is just JUNK if you look at all 1star reviews they all broke same waylong over do update right after i gave my review i got a rmail from the seller they wanted to send me a replacement -free- with in a few days after send them a pic of the broken one i got the replacementi dont use it every time i ride but when i have the replacement has worked out fine and yes i do still use the big note 2 phoneso i will say that this seller is GREAT but i have to take one star for the 1st onei used it on the ride to DC rolling thunder and back it held the phone in place

I used it twice on my bicycle and the holder broke from the clamp sending my phone tumbling down to the ground. I need to get a refund

Bought this item in March and the ball on handlebar part and the phone attachment has already broke...NO happy only 4 months old.

Don't trust products where most of the reviewers received compensation for the review. A lesson I learned the hard way. By no stretch of the imagination is this thing strong enough to hold an iPhone 6+. I tightened the plastic nut that squeezes the fitting around the ball joint as tight as I could, and phone still angled down lower with each bump in the road, to the point where the screen was facing the pedals. I ride a carbon bike with 25mm tires.I got all the way to the bottom of a long descent and heard a crack and that dreadful sound of scraping behind me on the pavement. I looked down at the handlebars and the jaws that attach the mount to the handlebars - mine are aero - were still in place. The plastic piece that connects the phone mount to the ball that allows the unit to swivel on the handlebar jaws was broken off.Fortunately, my phone is in a protective case, and was still cradled by the phone mount and does not appear to have been damaged.I don't know if a lighter phone would be safe to use on a road bike, but I would not trust it. Perhaps no handlebar mount is strong enough for an iPhone 6+, but I'm not planning any more experiments.

Quality is good, but it's kinda bulky. My Nexus 6 has a curved back so it's difficult to position it well for the clamp to work. Good thing it has the rubber thing to hold it to. But it works fine.

This is the most crappy product I have ever purchased. I mounted this on my road bike and the product failed on the first day of use. I was out on a bike ride the piece that holds the phone broke off and fell on the ground along with my iPhone. It shattered the screen of my phone and I had to carry the phone back on my bike ride since I did not have a bag pack with me. I figured with the phone being mounted and two bottle cages I didn't need to carry bag pack. I had to get rid of the mount since there is no way for me to carry the broken item back with me. I contacted the seller and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. After hearing my story they wanted me to send a picture???? And also refused a refund.I would highly suggest not wasting your money on this piece of crap and would personally not even buy anything from this seller.Quite honestly it could have been a much expensive product and makes me question the whole online buying.P.S. This is my first review ever but I just had to after the seller's email.
