The one I have is 110. Don't know if they make a 220. I'll tell you though its a great deal for the price.

Are there really only three temperature settings, or are there settings in between such as, half way between M and H?

I actually always use half way between M and H. Just the right temperature for making very thin Chinese wraps for eggs and other fillings.
