The cradle holds the phone securely but does suffer from vibration, the suction is very strong however once fitted for the first time it is extremely difficult to remove it.

This mobile holder is very well made and is the best one that I have tried. So far it has proved to be reliable in attachment and looks good in the car. With the phone attached there isn’t much movement of the holder while the car is in motion. I am very pleased with this item.

Very good and stable phone holder

I have used many sticky pads phone holders over the years as I drive a lot but Vanmass is the best by far.It is very stable, sturdy and easy to manoeuvre and use. So I bought one of each for the other family members. Easy to put together and phone is seated nicely within the phone holder. Well made and sturdy. Tricky to fix the mid adhesive arm point

I've been using the extension holder that is placed on the front window of the car. Suction is good, it sticks on the glass solid. However, while driving the flexible cable/wire thing keeps shacking.It's fine but I get sea sick at times when looking at it lol. For short distances it will do but couldn't use the long extension for long journeys, it will be very irritating.So it does the job but has flaus- 4/5 stars

I loved the idea that this has a 2nd mounting point that takes the strain off the suction cup. Having received the product it took me a while to figure out where in my car I could actually fit it! I have a Ford Fiesta (2016 build), and there is not a lot of smooth surfaces for mounting a suction cup. The side window on the dash seemed sensible, but I didn't want to trail a cable across the steering wheel for charging. I hate having things stuck to the windscreen so that was out. In the end I found a place on the centre of my dash to the side of the inbuilt satnav, which is now obselete, and the phone holder was bought to allow satnav from my phone as a replacement.The second mounting point is a single use stick pad. It is fairly strong adhesive, but the problem is the size of it. The pad it quite wide, and unlike everything else on the mount system, it is in a fixed position - the stick pad cannot be at an angle to the arm. I struggled to find a smooth surface that it would stick to!Having finally got it set up, it holds my phone (Samsung S20) really well. Although there is a fair amount of vibration and bouncing going on! I have found that putting a piece of scrunched up cloth under the phone cradle helps to damp this quite well. I suspect if I had been able to put the second mount closer to the cradle it would have been better, but my dashboard set up prevented this.All in all its a great holder and I would recommend it. But take some time to plan where you're going to put it before you start sticking things!

Everything works perfect, except depending on the size of the phone, it might shake while driving causing severe headache. Hope for good roads :P
