I recently got off hormonal birth control which realllly throws your gut health out of wack and have suffered from IBS issues for most of my life. I believe this is a main contributor to feeling normal again! I felt like I had a stomach bug for almost a month this past December and this seriously helped me not feel terrible. The ingredients are great quality and the flavor is awesome! I try to stay away from unnatural ingredients in food and products anyway but especially when detoxing from synthetic hormones. Definitely recommend for anyone who experiences digestive issues whether frequently or just occasionally. Works like a charm and feels like it’s really healing.

I will purchase this product for as long as they sell it! I've tried so many other products to help with my digestive issues and never had success like I've had with this. I bought the honey lemon flavor and mix it into my green tea or lemon ginger once a day (it mixes well but does leave a little settling at the bottom of the glass). It honestly worked for me on the first day. It's so gentle on my stomach and is solely responsible for keeping me regular. The only thing I wish is that it didn't come already sweetened...that's a bit annoying but not bad enough to make me stop taking it. I'm just finishing up my first container and want to try other flavors next! I definitely recommend Healthy Gut to anyone dealing with chronic constipation and bloating.

It's well formulated & about the only one I've seen with an appropriate amount of L-glutamine, which is very important to it's effectiveness. It would be best taken twice daily but you have to buy 2 containers per month to do that & I just can't afford it. I've just started it so can not attest to effectiveness but I've done my research so I'm hopeful. The only thing I do not like about is that it contains Stevia. Stevia & my taste buds do not get along! It tastes very bitter to me. But the honey lemon flavor I chose helps blunt the effect of the stevia somewhat. The company seems responsive to it's customers which is a plus to me. The 3 stars is only because of the stevia & the fact I just started it so I can not address it's effectiveness.

This product, both the Honey Lemon and Peach Banana, has been an absolute game changer for me! Since the pandemic started every digestive issue I’ve had became unbearable. It seemed like nothing was going to get me back on track! I tried everything from diet change, to supplements and probiotics, and lots of activity. But my heartburn, constipation, and bloating were progressively getting worse to the point where it was impacting my everyday life. This product almost immediately relieved me of my uncomfortable symptoms and it kickstarted my digestive process. I can feel my gut being almost entirely healed after just a couple of months of using this. As long as you are not allergic to shellfish, I highly recommend this product!!

I bought this in hopes to cure ulcers in my stomach after having bile backed up from gallstones. I got the honey lemon and the flavor is not that great. I have a hard time choking it down and haven't been consistent with taking it so I can't say that it has helped me much. I did notice I had less burning in my stomach after meals when I was taking it but I am hopeful for results when I get up the nerve to choke it down.

Give it time , it could feel uncomfortable at first but with some days you'll feel the relief , I couldn't handle twice a day , I only do one scoop daily with cold water around dinner time. This thing works.

I’ve felt less bloated since trying this and have had better digestion since. Good purchase worth the try ! Got the lemon flavor and taste like lemon Gatorade

I ordered the honey lemon. I like the flavor. It started out as a detox, I guess I needed cleaning out. But it has helped with some bloating and gas.
