Q: Can I power devices from it..??..what kind..??

The Orion is designed to charge lithium or Gel deep cycle batteries from an alternator. Altenators are designed to charge starter batteries, and typically won't fully charge deep cycle batteries with an optimum charging profile. The Orion takes the alternator voltage and converts it to a charging profile suitable for deep cycle batteries. That said, twelve volt devices are typically connected directly to the deep cycle battery bank.

Q: Is this orion 12/12 30 converter (b07d5n3xss) bluetooth? if not can it accept a dongle?

No it's not Bluetooth, but if you hook up a victron Bluetooth smartshunt you'll be good. That's what we use along with the victron app to monitor our battery, solar etc.. The smartshunt is also good insurance for your system and not too spendy. From one J Bird to another I hope that helped.

Q: I’m only getting 13.72 max volts with it fully adjust clockwise. amps are at 10.5. any other way to increase the voltage? i need 14.6 for a lifepo4 b.

If you have the 9A model and are drawing 10.5A, you're over the rating and it won't be able to put out enough voltage. You'll need a larger unit.

Yes: 12Vdc devices to the current limit of the isolator. Make sure your car’s alternator can take the extra load, though.
