It won't work with relatively small pomogranate.

This product is not made for pomegranates. It did not work for me and it has a tendency to fall forward when pressing to squeeze the pomegranates. It may be great for oranges and lemons, but I didn’t buy it for those. I don’t recommend this product to anyone.

What are dimensions of actual fruit holder? I think it’s important to know because most pomegranate are larger than citrus.

The actual fruit holder is 4 3/4" and depth is over 3". This is an excellent pomegranate juicer. Fits the biggest pomes to the smallest. Very sturdy, did over 600 pomes, so very reliable.

Is this fully assembled and does it have a manual or directions?

Juicer is fully assembled. It does NOT come with manual or directions, but is very simple to use. Put a glass or bowl under the outlet, place half a pomegranate on the cone with holes, pull down the leaver, out comes juice. Repeat as needed.
