This is one of the nicest yoga bags I have seen. I have a pretty high end yoga bag that I spent a ridiculous amount on. This was purchased for my husband. We needed to find a bag that was solidly made, would work with a thick mat, and could put up with a bit of abuse as he travels by car a great deal. This fit the bill perfectly. Quality construction that will hold up. Terrific thick jean material that is fun yet masculine. Nice deep outside pockets that will hold water, keys, wallet, etc. This yoga bag is nicer than the very expensive bag I have. I have to say I am a bit jealous of him now. I would highly recommend this bag to someone who has an oversize or thick mat and wants a top quality, beautiful yoga mat bag.

Love my new yoga bag! It is roomy, just what I wanted. I did my online research and chose this bag, SO happy with the size and the multiple pockets. I love the zipper pocket for my keys and gym ID. I watch people struggle with their tiny mat carriers all the time, so small the mat sticks out the top. I couldn't deal with that, I live in MN where it's snowy and it's a long walk into the gym. That's why my Aurorae mat bag is the best, I can roll up my mat AND my mat sized towel together, it slides in with no difficulty, and closes completely with room to spare. I can even fit gym clothes and flip flops in there too.I got the dark washed denim color and I'm very pleased, this bag is built to last. I also like supporting small family businesses :-)

I was disappointed because I really did like the bag. But I had to stuff my yoga block in with my mat and when I got to class it took 5 minutes to pry it out! I had to return it for something more roomy, bummer. other than size it was very nicely made and handsome too!

As many others have stated, this bag is so roomy! I can also fit a sweater, or my water bottle in the bag. Any of my mats slide in and out of the bag with ease.the denim is great because it's so easy to care for. And it is cute! I would have given the bag 5 stars, until the litttle plastic part that slides up and down the drawstring broke. I decided to contact the company, I thought maybe they could send me one of the little pieces and I might be able to fix it. They sent me a whole new bag! So......customer service gets 5 stars for sure. My yoga stuff gets lots of use. I am a teacher, and the mat and bag are used a couple/few times a day!

I purchased this bag as a gift for someone. I wasn't sure about it from the picture but it proved to be even uglier in person. I got the darker color (complete with ugly cargo pocket) but still not something I would want to carry myself.

The quality was fine, but it was too short for my yoga mat and I suspect other practitioners.

I purchased this attractive, lightweight, and roomy bag after the zipper on my old mat bag broke. I was a bit hesitant about ordering a drawstring bag, having seen many people struggle to stuff their mats into them, but the opening on this bag is large enough that getting the mat in and out is a breeze, even when it's rolled up with my mat towel. The main compartment easily accommodates my yoga mat, mat towel, strap, and hand towel - and there's room for a water bottle in there, too. (A block might also fit, but I don't carry one.) Keys, wallet, cell phone, and small spray bottle go in the outside pockets. The adjustable strap is great, since it allows you to sling the bag over your back and go - much better than having to carry it by hand or hunch one shoulder to keep it from slipping off.If you're worried that the small pocket on top of the velcro pocket isn't secure enough, then put your valuables into the velcro pocket or the zippered pocket - or even the main compartment. Lack of storage space is definitely not a problem with this bag.Overall, I am very pleased with this product. Plus it got here quickly, and the Aurorae folks really seem to want to please their customers.

I gave this a 5-star because it is roomy enough for any yoga mat out there. I LOVE the pockets on the outside, I can now go to yoga with one bag. Keys, ID, a protein bar, water and yes, even my Kindle fits in the larger pocket. I like that the material is denim and it is very soft and already broke in. I have been looking at yoga bags for awhile and most of them I see only have room for the mat only, I was looking for something that could hold any size mat and my personal items. I bought the darker denim bag.
