Amazing!!!!!
This stuff is incredible! I’ve been dying my hair jet black for probably 10 years now. I’m wanting to get back to my natural dark blonde color. I’ve talked to several salons that didn’t even want to touch it! I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I saw reviews for this product and decided to give it a chance. I am blown away! I’ve processed twice with it. My roots have obviously lifted dramatically more than the ends, but they have significantly less color buildup over the years. After processing the first time, there was visible lift, and no damage to my hair! After the second time processing, my hair feels a little bit dry, but nothing at all, like bleaching would do. Highly, highly, highly recommend this product!!!!!!

2 rounds and no visable damage.
This removed my ginger arctic fox concoction and the ion light copper blonde underneath.. the orangey yellows I was left with are the awful tones I achieved with bleach over the past 5 years. Those can't be removed, only neutralized or covered. Most importantly I had NO DAMAGE. No hair came out in the shower and my damaged ends did not feel any dryer than before.Yesterday I color corrected my hair and got back to brown ✨ My hair needed a break. Also, yes it stinks guys, you'll never find a fast acting color stripper that doesn't stink. Once I washed my shirt and took out the trash the smell didn't linger in the house.I applied 2 rounds and still have probably half of the product left, so 1 order should do most people.

Works Pretty Well
Have never used a color remover before so I don’t have anything to compare this too. I have naturally very dark brown hair - not quite black. Had blonde balayage the beginning of last year, then copper for summer and then put black dye on it myself in July but it came out kind of blotchy. Did a strand test because I’ve read other color removers completely break your hair and the strands looked fine. I did two rounds of this and it took off most of the black dye leaving me with dark copper/chocolatey brown hair that doesn’t feel any more damaged than before use. I’m satisfied with the color I was left with, but wondering how well it works depending on how long your color has been on and how many layers of color or if it even makes a difference?

It's a miracle in two bottles!
I dyed my hair red - using Got2Be Metallics Ruby. I loved it, except the maintenance, so I decided to contact a "reputable, award winning" online company.I wanted a medium ash, close to my blah and natural colour. The first product they sent came with detailed instructions - roots first, wait ten minutes and do the rest. During the ten minutes, the colour turned into a nice chocolate mousse coloured SMELLY volcano - and it was scalding hot. Needless to say, I didn't finish (first picture of still red hair), contacted the company and they sent a replacement, and refunded my money.Ok, I was impressed - things happen. They switched me from a permanent to a demi-permanent. Leavingy hair a very deep red. RED, being the operative word - second picture of coloured hair.Round three, also free, and they FINALLY went with the ash I originally requested, still demi-permanent, but for some unknown reason, chose a blue ash base to tone the red. My hair ended up looking like a tortie cat.Now. I found this product between round two and three, and was hesitant. I've used Oops! in the past, and it's damaging (no matter what they say), and now I had some damage going on. It also leaves your hair a lovely shade of clown orange, and you have to dye it. Again.Well, after round three, with almost black hair, I decided to give it a try.I ordered it. I ordered clear shower caps (great price for disposable ones here on Amazon), I ordered a pack of applicator bottles and per instructions found on this products website - I ordered a bottle of 10 volume cream developer.Reviews? I read them. Which is why I ordered CLEAR shower caps (someone used a blue one and had the blue bleed onto their hair).I almost NEVER write them. Here's what I did: 3oz of both bottles into my applicator bottle, shook the ever loving heck out of it, applied it, shower cap, 20 minutes on, rinsed it all out and shampooed. Then (the super secret on the website part): 3oz of the 10 volume cream developer (I ordered a gentle conditioning one) and 3oz of water into my second applicator bottle (two pack on Amazon, cheap), applied, shower cap, 5 minutes, rinsed that out, shampoo and conditioner. My hair might looks pretty amazing, given I just lifted 4 different colours, beat the ever loving hell out of it, and I *probably* haven't learned my lesson. But now, I have a secret weapon. If your on the fence, like I was, buy it.It's worth every penny, and I wish I'd found it when I first started this whole journey, rather than try to just avoid Oops! and try the "online professionals".By the way - their final advice when seeing the black along with my "not so friendly" email? - was to go to a salon and have the RED removed.

Works
Life saver. I put some “semi” permanent Nimbus Gray on my bleached ends, it turned it 3 different colors, none of which gray. I got this stuff to remove it. It was not harsh at all. BUT it smells bad. Like sulphur and unbathed sweaty feet. Not joking. It got the color out, except now there are actually parts of my hair that are gray. It makes no sense. But all in all I recommend keeping this around for those of us who experiment with our hair.

Product does what it’s supposed to do!
I wish I would have taken before and after photos. I went from blonde to copper about a month ago. It didn’t fade well and I missed my blonde. The smell of this product is a bit gross but get past it and you won’t be disappointed. I am back to blonde. I am not a natural blonde and have been lightening over the years but this stuff took me back to just about the blonde I was before going copper. Important step - definitely do the 10 volume water rinse and set after. Follow the instructions. It helped get me to a better end result. My hair is dry but not breaking off and not repairable. Lots of deep conditioning treatments over the next few weeks but no bleach damage. Highly recommend.
