The taste is kind of bad...doesn't taste anything like the "warming berry" flavor. I had to plug my nose while taking it so I didn't taste anything. I don't understand why they can't make the flavor the same. That's really the only thing I didn't like about it.

Some of my teacher friends recommended this to me for those nights when sleep is difficult due to stress, worries, or just day to day complications. It works great. Take an hour or two before your desired sleep time, and you will feel the bliss of sleep coming on at your desired time. I’ve also noticed that on the nights I take this I have fewer interruptions. I know this because of my Apple Watch, which tracks my sleep. The best part is that the next day you are not drowsy at all. You feel like you got all of the sleep that you needed. I would highly recommend this product.
