Big capacity, easy transfer, no stick Banneton
I was really impressed with this purchase after seeing this type used in one of my favourite Sourdough YouTube channels. My first loaf (pictured) contained 1.16kg of dough and it held its shape nicely, after an overnight final proving in the fridge. I like the waffle effect which gave a pleasing result when baked.

My no 1 choice
I'm baking bread at home every week. This form (and other shapes but the same material) is a great help. It works very good and the bread looks like a bread :-)

Great even with high hydration dough
Fantastic proofing basket! I baked this 85% hydration bread and with dusting only a very small amount of flour, the dough did not stick at all.
