Has anyone been able to contact company? I have not. Numbers are not valid and email invalid as well. I am trying to get extra support foam.!

You have to contact them through Amazon. I'm using the app on my phone, and below the "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" buttons, you should see "Ships from: Amazon" and "Sold by: XCan Direct". Click on "XCan Direct" and tap the "Ask a Question" button. From there it'll take you to the Seller Messaging Assistant. If you're trying to get the extra foam insert like I was, then for "What can I help you with?" select "An order I have placed", and then tap the pillow you ordered. Then select "Other" for the next two prompts for "Which of the following do you need help with?", and then you can type out your message to the seller. They respond pretty quickly (usually within a day or two at the most), and they'll ask for your name, number, and address so that they can ship you the free insert (don't know why they needed my number, but I haven't been getting any more spam calls than normal, so it's whatever). They told me it would arrive in 2-3 weeks because of the pandemic, and I received mine in two. Their customer service is excellent, but only if you know how to contact them, haha!

Does it get softer quickly? Just got mine and it’s too hard, not sure if it’s worth sticking it out or not.

I purchased the Queen Firm (4.6 inch thickness) first, and while supportive, when side-sleeping, my ears would ache after a few minutes. 
So I returned that to Amazon, and re-ordered the Queen SOFT, which is 4.8 inch thickness, but it's like 50% more squishy.  Now my ear doesn't hurt when side-sleeping.
I'm 5'8" 150lbs regular dude, but very picky with pillows and shoe comfort.   Zamat has paperwork inside, that indicates that if you are not satisfied, and feel the pillow is too soft or firm, you can email them and I think they will actually send you the opposite pillow of what you ordered.  Great customer service.  So even if you're beyond the 30 day Amazon return window, work directly with the company via email.

Too high：remove the piece of memory foam which is included at the bottom of the pillow
Too low：contact us for an extra insert（tips：unable to delivery the insert outside of the U.S.）
