XLENTGEN IR Flashlight 940nm IR Illuminator for Night Vision Scope, Single Mode Infrared Flashlight Zoomable IR Lights with Pressure Switch & Offset Mount, for Coyote Hunting

I'm an urban rat hunter, so I'm hunting mostly at night, and my targets are always in the range of 15 to 35 feet. While it's true that this illuminator does not light up the hunting environment quite as brightly as my Sightmark 850 nm IR illuminator does, it provides enough illumination and has enough of the features I really want for my purposes that it is my go-to IR illuminator: (1) The glow of the bulb itself is nearly invisible to the naked eye compared to 850 nm illuminator, which is much brighter, and thus I feel the Xlentgen illuminator will be less visible to my prey; (2) The remote pressure switch is so convenient and works great, and it's one click on, one click off (unlike my Sightmark illuminator, which has three brightness settings that I have to click through whenever I want to turn if off); and (3) The quick-release feature of the offset mount makes putting the mount on and taking it off so much more convenient. Overall, a win in my book! The only thing on my wish list is a magnetic connection of the pressure switch's tail cap at the negative end of the battery so that I wouldn't have to unscrew the tail cap every time I need to recharge the battery.BTW, one reviewer asserted that the charger that comes with this product is fake. I had no issues with the supplied charger - it works great, but as the manufacturer advises, it does take 5-6 hours to get a full charge.

Great light great for nv battery life is amazing I used it all night and got about 6 and a half hours of light from it.

I bought this to replace the one that came with my sightmark wraith. The fact it comes with rechargeable batteries and a few accessories is the only positive i have for this illuminator. It was no where near the advertised brightness. I sent it back and just will keep using the supplied light that came with the scope. The supplied light functioned better and provided better visibility than this model despite the higher illumination numbers on this model. It was a let down. Found my self changing out this model during a hunt. We compared it to two other illuminators in the same price range this was the worst functioning one. Maybe i got a lemon, but not worth finding out.

I purchased this product to help illuminate or night vision scope more. It worked and we are able to hunt better at night now.

Battery charger included is cheap Chinese crap, doesn’t charge at all! Charger is fake/scam, has NO internal charging circuit at all!!!
