TA Measuring Cups - New 8 Piece 100% Food Grade Silicone Collapsible Folding Measuring Cup and Spoon Set

I love these measuring cups. I had to order a second set of measuring cups because my boyfriend will snag them to measure our dog food so instead of trying to locate them all the time, I caved and ordered this set. My first set was the Chef'n brand collapsible measuring cups. I really loved these. They were thicker and harder but I believe they are silicone (I've had them for a long time). I couldn't find the ones I purchased on Prime since the only prime ones available were the pinch and pours so I figured, try another brand.The plastic cover the TA measuring cups came in was slightly damaged but nothing major. The second thing I noticed was that the colors were different. I, not unlike another reviewer, love pink and wanted some pink ones. I wasn't so lucky but it's just a color so I let that go quickly. I opened them and found the silicone to not be as thick. I wasn't excited about it at first. I loved my old ones so that bummed me. The measuring spoons are the exact same as the ones that came with my other set other than color. They're stackable plastic that slide out for use which is what you want anyways. I don't even know if measuring spoons are big enough to make collapsible, if so I don't think it'd save that much more space.I immediately pulled out my Chef'n set to compare. I had checked reviews on both to make sure that I would be okay with this new set. I noticed for the Chef'n brand that one of the few poor reviews said they didn't measure accurately. I opened up both my new TA measuring cups and my old Chef'n ones and holy crap, they are off! I couldn't believe it! I was using these for years! It immediately made me like the new ones more. Color, thickness aside, these are measuring cups! If they don't measure correctly then they're useless! I'd have a nice colorful piece of equipment that I can't use.I included some pictures of my previous Chef'n measuring cups and the new ones. It's hard to notice the difference in size in the pictures so there are multiples. The diameter on the bottom my old ones is noticeably smaller. I eventually said 'I wonder how much smaller...' so I put my old one INSIDE my new one! They are both supposedly 1/4 cup measurement... apparently not. I went as far to test it. I poured water from each in two separate cups and measured them in my glass measuring cup and wow was my old one off.Needless to say, I love my new ones. My boyfriend can scoop as much dog food as he wants with my old ones now. I can't really use them at all now that I know they're off. These are a little more expensive (by a few dollars) than the Chef'n ones currently but I'll pay the extra for useable equipment. Would definitely recommend these.

Exact and convenient! I like to bake and over the years I have learned that no matter what the measuring spoons, cups, they are always off and change the texture of of baked goods. When I bought these I used a kitchen scale to measure them, the measurements were precise. The quality is not compromised buy the the space saving. I put two small non-maring removable hooks next to my knife rack no more searching, the cups are clearly marked in large measurements. The handles on the measuring cups are designed for comfort even with people that have arthritis or weak hand strength. Excellent for novice and chef a like.

I bought these as a gift for my son in Houston, because working in his kitchen without a decent set of measuring cups was daunting! He had a one cup measure (without a handle), then 1/4 cup and that was it. I've had this same set for years and I love the way they collapse and fit in that drawer we all have that hold all kinds of kitchen gadgets. I've opened and closed them hundreds of time, put them in the dishwasher hundreds of times and they just keep doing what they are supposed to do. I give these cups the highest rating I can. Closing flat for storage is a real boon!

These measuring tools are amazing. They collapse for easy storage and pop open with ease. The colors are bright and festive. Great buy!

These are the space saver I needed in the kitchen drawers of our motor home. I love them!!!

I got these quick with Amazon prime shipping. They work great, collapse great, and fit in my drawer easily. I would highly recommend as far as collapsible kitchenware goes.

Colors aren't the same as picture. Was a bit sad I didn't get any pink. But product is great helps save space.

One of the cups is already damaged and leaks. But overall an excellent product and easy to use and clean
