Used with a Tamron 100-400 mm lens and Tamron tripod adapter. But foot of the Tamron tripod adapter is too short and too far back on the lens, so it is impossible to balance lens+camera on gimbal head with Arca Swiss plate. The 84 mm long Haoge plate provides the necessary length. It also has the vitally important safety stoppers on the bottom surface of the slider plate, preventing the lens+camera from sliding off the ArcaSwiss adapter clamp. Simple device, and seems well made. Works well.

works as well as my other generic plates. Not as specialized as RRS or Kirk as it is more universal. TWhich is good if you need one to fit many different lenses you may be trying, as I am.

Keep it on my Nikon 200-500. Perfect length for use with my Wimberley Arca Sidekick Ball to Gimbal Head Adapter.

Nice unit, the anti rotation lugs work really well and stops the plate twisting. The 98mm is just the right size for my Canon 100 - 400 II and allows the lens to be balanced at different focal lengths - I would recommend this unit.

This is quite well built plate and I have attached it to the foot of Canon 100-400mm L II lens. It does its job when attached to a tripod's gimbal head.

I was concerned that the low price would end up making this a poor quality product. It fits perfectly with no issues and it remains locked on with no slippage over time. Price was the main reason for the purchase. It is far less than a comparable brand name product I could have purchased.

Nice and well built lens plates. Anti rotation lugs work well when used on a lens foot. I use the 98mm plate for both my Fujinon XF100-400 and XF50-140. I don't have other plates for comparison, but my only complain would be with the plates being slightly heavier than expected.
