Nice design.
Looks great, but sometimes the sd card doesn't show up, and you need to restart the system.An update to my last review. I replaced the SD card with a new one and it seems to be working better. So I upped my review to 4 stars!

Great Idea, Poor execution
Its a brilliant idea, but i have ordered two and neither has worked as advertised. Both show up as read only, no matter how they are formatted or "jiggled" (some company guidance i could find). As of yet, they haven't been helpful via email, other than saying to return and order another one. I think after two tries, I am going to abort and may try one of the competing products (jet drive makes one).

Loads of trouble with this. It fit perfectly and looked great... but that's about it.Drive would mount ...sometimes... and would un-mount at the wrong times. It wasn't an issue with the micro sd card I was using as putting that in a proper adapter and using it there was fine.Returned the MiniDrive as much as I hoped it would be a viable storage expansion solution.

Good but requires an extra software to prevent it from being "forcefully ejected" when macair goes to sleep.

It's nice. It fits nicely
It's nice. It fits nicely. The only "problem" is that removing the adapter to change the microsd card requires the special, included tool, or a smaller bent paperclip.
