WEN LA164K 5/8-Inch Keyed Drill Chuck with MT2 Arbor Taper.

I purchased this WEN 5/8-inch keyed drill chuck with the MT2 arbor taper to expand the capabilities of my metal lathes, and it has performed flawlessly. Works well. I got this one because it fits up to 5/8, rather than the typical 1/2 inch.

Action is a bit rough but it holds the bits fine. Handy to have a couple of these pre loaded with drills for a production run

It works just fine for me

I used this chuck in my metal lathe to drill a hole in a piece of steel that I was making into a knife bolster. It worked and fit as it should. The quality seems very good. The chuck is heavy and everything fits tightly and performs well. It included a chuck that works well. I didn't have any problem with drill bit slippage, and the chuck aligned the drill bit as it should and held it centered.

Very nice drill chuck. Using it in a hf mini lathe. I plugged the end of the mt2 shank with a brass treaded plug cut it off flush. Tail stock removal system would hang up on them trying to remove it. Not needed for my application of use. So very pleased!

Works great. Has a good grip. Compatible with my lathe . Just right size. No runout . Works great

A nicely machined 5/8" keyed MT2 chuck, very robust and good quality, with key and JT6 taper adapter at a good competitive price - I recommend this drill or small lathe chuck.
