This is a REALLY nice cubbie set!! I was impressed by how sturdy and easy-to-build it was! You do need your own screw driver, which I borrowed from a roommate. And a little bit of elbow grease to screw in the back panels LOL! It took me maybe an hour to build by myself— in between phone calls from work. It is SO pretty and SO unique!! All of my roommates came in and complimented it when I was done

My son chose this shelf based on looks. I wasn't expecting much but am very surprised. The materials are nice quality, installation was very easy, and it's a sturdy shelf. You do need a phillip's head screwdriver but otherwise it comes with all screws and an allen wrench to tighten. It also comes with 4 plastic pads for the bottom as it does sit directly on the floor. I would buy this shelf again and definately recommend it. It came well packed and nothing was missing or broken.

I received this today. Unpacked, read the instructions which were well illustrated. I assembled in a little more than an hour. I have assembled a lot of furniture and this one is at the top of the list for sturdiness,ease of assembly and attractiveness. For the money it is a great buy.

We got these for our son's room as he's changing it up a bit. He's 17 and put together quick and does what he wanted it for in having a sturdy base to hold his TV, cubbies for goodies, etc. I'd buy it again.
