Would the large be too big for a 5’8 130 pounds?

My son is about 75 lbs. It is perfect for him. However I do not know what size I purchased and my order details did not show. Most likely a small hoping it woudl work, it did. It also has a drawstring that can be adjustable. I hope this helps.

hi, dear, we don't have sell the fan separately, you could buy the fan on the AMZ, It is universal, if you have any other problems, pls feel free to contact us, we will help you, thank you.

Is the air pump water resistant?

I’m not sure but my son wore it in a decent rain and it was fine if that helps.
