Fun family game!
My grandkids, ages 4 - 8, love playing guess in 10. Animal and dinosaur facts are at the top of the list. Recently they have been on a couple of road trip adventures, and are newly interested in new places. I thought we would give Guess in 10 country of the world a whirl.

Excellent challenge, but must have a base of knowledge to play
The graphics and detail of these cards are high-quality, which is always a positive aspect. The hints are helpful, but this game would be more useful to a wider range audience if there was an option on the back that actually gave 10 questions instead of the person holding the card having to answer yes-no questions from the other players. Sometimes, the players might not know much about a certain country or state and have no idea what to ask. The animals version might be easier because knowledge of animals begins so much earlier than countries of the world or states in the United States. The way this game is designed reminds me a lot of a combination between Taboo! and 20 Questions, only you are limited to 10 questions for each player in order to guess the country on the card chosen. It IS challenging, but I'm not sure how accurate it is to say the age range starts at 8. I don't know too many 8-year-olds who have that expansive of geographical knowledge in order to adequately succeed at this game. The animals card game might be better to start. Still, I gave it 4 stars because the concept is strong, and it can be a lot of fun in addition to the challenge. There is just the improvement of providing questions/clues for the younger set who might be playing this game.

Another great learning game for grandkids. It keeps them interested to learn. This is our 4th game from this company. Great information.

Fun family game!
My boyfriend loves playing games like this so I got this one for him for Christmas. He loves this game but it just sucks when you really can only play once because there aren’t enough cards. It was very fun when we played and the instructions were a little confusing but we figured it out.

Love them! We are learning so much
We are learning so much! The card size also makes them easy to hold and to read.

Most clue words are the same
It’s a cute game for kids. Clue terms/words are reused a lot. “Soccer”, “touristic”, were among the creators favorite repetitive words to describe a lot of European countries. I do recommend this game for families with kids who are learning or into geography as a great starting point. Disappointed with lack of creativity for describing key words.

tolles Spiel
Das Spiel eignet sich gut um mit Kindern Englisch zu lernen bzw. sie an die Sprache heranzuführen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn alle Versionen in englischer Sprachen erhältlich wärn.

no effort by the maker
I usually don't write reviews on amazon, but this one had to be. I bought a country quiz game, should be fun, and I like the idea of Guess in 10. But besides multiple mistakes by the maker - like penguins in Scandinavia or famous buildings that have wrong names, the information given on the cards is hardly useful for the quizgame. You're supposed to looking at your card answer yes/no questions, to help the other player figure out what card you have. But information like population, climate, country size, language or religion are not given - thus many games are just endless repetition of "sorry, I don't know, ask me something else". Instead, you have the country's currency. You can therefore meaningfully play by asking "does this country pay in won? No? Yuan? No? Yen? ... There was it seems no playtesting at all. Usually what you'd expect from a cash grab franchise milking by hasbro. Very disappointing.
