Crucial RAM CT16G4SFRA266 16GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19 Laptop Memory

I upgraded from 8GB to 32GB (2x16GB). This wasn't the official recommended upgrade kit for the iMac Retina 5K 27-inch - 2020. However the spec was exactly the same and the price was much cheaper. Therefore, I decided to give it a go and I am really pleased I did. I watched a video on YouTube and it took less than 5 minutes to fit. The iMac has a little container on the back with a door that you release using a button under the power lead. Press the button, pop the old memory modules out, pop the new ones in - job done. I'm so please I upgraded.

I brought this RAM one stick 16GB at 2666MHZ on the 1 of January 2021. I used it in conjuction with a single 8GB RAM already installed on my Gaming laptop. Nearly two years later and still going strong. I still get 60+FPS on games even though I use two different types of RAM sizes. Gaming performance never suffered. Its a plug and play type of kit, just install it into the memory banks and you're good to go. It came in anti static packaging so no need to worry about that like other sellers. Just ensure that you get that right type for your PC DDR4 and speed 2666MHZ. If your current ram is slower like 2400MHZ then your PC will automatically downclock the RAM to 2400MHZ or to whatever the slowest speed of your RAM is. So it is vital that your get the right type and right speed for your PC for value for money. Hope this helps.

Having purchased an HP 14s-dq1505sa laptop with 8GB ram, I checked the compatibility and found that it was upgradable to 32GB ram so decided to purchase two of these 16GB Crucial memory modules to replace the 2 x 4GB modules already installed. I found them well-packaged in antistatic packaging and of course very easy to install. There's not a lot you can say about memory modules except that they work perfectly and have done from the first time switching on the laptop. The photographs in the listing are an accurate representation of what you will receive. Just make sure to check and double check that you purchase the right ones and I'm sure you'll find that a DIY upgrade is much cheaper in most cases than paying for a higher specification from a company.

I used this to bump my laptop from 8gb to 32gb. It was just a great experience overall and the Dell laptop was able to detect it first time and it's really helped speed things up quite a bit. Especially when loading large applications that are memory intensive. Crucial has always been a brand you can trust and I'm very happy with it so far!

I managed to install with ease and now have them working perfectly well in my laptop, they arrived in one piece and in good time. And can't fault the seller, after a bit of a disaster with DPD refusing to deliver without a pin and returning to the seller, the seller immediately stepped in and got another sent out with a different delivery company. I doubt you have the exact same motherboard as me, but this specific ram is great and it does what ram does it gave me extra ram storage and my pc ran more smoothly after. Of course it was very expensive for £50+ but If your desperate. Go for it

Easy to use in my laptop, replaced the old 4gb ram stick with this 16gb ram stick and it worked fine first try. If your looking to make your laptop faster then this is probably the best value for money ram, or at least it was the best value for money ram for my laptop.

I've bought this Crucial 16 Gb RAM to upgrade my Lenovo L340 15 API that was really slow with the original 8 Mb. It works like a charm now! It was easy to install. 13 screws to remove, pry out the back cover, pull the old card out and push the new one in, put back the cover & the screws; that's all. No setting to change. Windows 10 and the Lenovo BIOS adjusted to the new SODIM card immediately. I just wish that the envelope be much more smaller - it was huge for such a small item. A real waste of plastic material...
