Take at bedtime in plain water. No problem with clumping as long as I add it to the water.. so grateful it strengthens my front teeth. Some improvement with facial wrinkles.

Mixed with hot or even warmish coffee and creamer, it blends in well and has no noticeable taste or feel, so it is not a sensory sacrifice including it in my morning routine.
