So far, so good. I am/was wary of the off product batteries, but the price was right and the reviews were enough for me to give it a shot. No problems after a number of months. I am not using them much, just around the house, as a retired geezer, So no info on how they would stand up to construction daily use. I have charged the two batteries a couple times (not from obvious need), it didn't take long for total recharge, plus I pulled them off as soon as the charge light hit solid and I am still pleased with performance. Further, I do not leave either batter in the drill itself, when in the case. (I'm not sure why: drain from no use?)I will update this if I encounter a negative change, but at this time I am pleased with the available power and they seem as good as the original... but without the punitive price. If it continues, I would buy/recommend them again.UPDATE: High marks for these batteries a couple years later. I bought two and have used them on the job for a while and let them sit in the case, in the closet too... they still work/charge just fine. VERY PLEASED, although I still take the batteries out of the drill at days end and feel it helps... I have no scientific reason to support this, but my original batteries were left in the drills and died too soon.

Pros: Less then half the price of a Dewalt battery. Works well, slightly lighter (21 oz versus Dewalt 28 oz) weight makes it easier to use the hand tool. Good Quality, fits securely into powered device. Charges quickly and seems to work almost as well as a new dewalt battery.Cons: this battery is listed as a replacement for the DC9101 which is the Dewalt 14.4 XPR battery and is an extended run heavy duty battery. The Expert Power is not really equivalent to the Dewalt XPR (see picture) but very close to the standard Dewalt battery. In my testing the Dewalt XPR did run the tool longer then the Expert Power. The extra weight of XPR battery is also helpful to keep the tool from falling over when resting on the work bench.All in all when you consider the inflated price of a Dewalt replacement you really can't beat the ExpertPower. When my other Dewalt XPR finally becomes un-usable the ExpertPower will be my replacement.

I have an older set of DeWalt 14.4 drills, panel saw, etc. Found the Mfg batteries cost more then the drills were worth so gave these a shot based on what I had researched and I am beyond pleased with the quality of these batteries. They fit good, little snug, but put small amount of wax where it rubbed and no problem since. I charged batteries overnight when received and haven't had to charge them again since and its been almost a month. I use them about every other day for projects around the house [and I store them in garage and its 50F in there in winter] and same power as day received. They made short work of everything from wire brushing rusted tools, building shelving unit to building a small indoor greenhouse to start seedlings and just as powerful as day I charged them. Also, all my drills are running with much higher rpm's and torque, really brought new life to all my tools. These are worth every penny, thank you.

Bought this for my husbands VERY OLD 14.4 Dewalt drill. He used it everyday and loved it better than his old batteries as it would last all day before needing a recharge. Will be buying it again.

Battery came charged, snaps into the DEWALT drill and also fits into the DEWALT charger without any issues. Good vendor, shipment arrived in a day.

Battery came fully charged. It is a bit wider than the OEM battery, so the DeWalt Drill case had to be modified before I could close the cover.

I purchased this replacement battery for my Dewalt DW991 cordless drill in June 2020, and I did not have any issues until last week, with the exception that it was sometimes difficult to get the battery into and out of the drill. After using the drill for several hours in the afternoon, I plugged it into the charger as I could tell that it was losing power. My wife and I left the house and were gone for a couple of hours, and when we went to pull into our garage we could tell that something was on fire, as we could smell and see a faint cloud of smoke in the garage. I quickly realized that the drill battery was essentially melting in the charger, and we were lucky that we returned when we did, as I was able to unplug the charger and then remove the charger with the battery melted into it from the garage before it caused a fire. Needless to say, the battery and charger are now useless, as they are melted together. Until this happened I would have gladly recommended this replacement battery, but after this recent experience I would definitely recommend that the Buyer Beware.

Good price and works well. Almost double the price elsewhere
