The form was a good size but the sides are not high enough which makes it next to impossible to get the raviolis out.

Making ravioli is a labour of love no matter which way you make them. Used this to make keto 3 cheese raviolis. You need to spray the mold before placing the first layer of dough. After I rolled the dough in the mound, I used a brush with water so the second Doug would seal properly. The other trick is not to use a lot of filling. Once you place the second dough on top, i would use your hands to press it dough lightly. Then use the rolling pin to press it firmly. I turned it over and banged it on the counter to remove the raviolis.

Trust me, you do not want to buy this!!! I saw all the bad reviews and thought I’d still give it a shot for the fact that it was supposed to be Stainless Steel. Here’s my description to why not buy it: Excessive amount of metal left on absolutely every edge, not Stainless Steel!! Legs way too short and not safe looking material, might cause food contamination and metal pieces in food. Definitely metal pieces breaking of the edges and getting into the food.
