I'm 5'6", 210lbs., with a 38-inch waist. I did a 2XL and it fit perfectly! It's great quality. We had a cold Halloween and the thickness provided a comfortable insulation. The red color really pops and shines. The only thing that sucked was getting wrinkles out of the suede.

Fits well, true to size. Well made, and I've worn it now three times, so definitely impressed. Arrives wrinkled AF and it'll take some ingenuity to get most of them out. But, still a nice garment and worth the effort.

This is a very nice costume jacket, and would work well as a Victorian, gothic or steampunk costume. It is a felt fabric so it came wrinkled. But then, I wouldn't even consider wearing it without taking it to the cleaners first! I keep seeing people with negative comments about the quality ofthese costume jackets. THEY ARE COSTUME JACKETS! They not Armani or Ralph Laurn and not meant to be worn daily! and they only cost $50!For the price, this is a top notch costume jacket, I just wish that they came in a Long size. I am 6'5" and 275 lbs. The 3x fit pretty good but just a little short in the sleeves. But I've had to deal with that for over 50 years.If you are needing a Halloween or stage play costume, I would recommend this jacket highly. Just be prepared to send it to be cleaned and pressed before you wear it.

I ordered this as a piece for my husband’s Halloween costume. He’s 6’3” and 210 lbs and the large fit really well! He did have to wear a black undershirt because the front was a little short but that wasn’t a big deal! Overall it was great quality and worked well for our costumes!

Got a 3x, it fit a guy who wears a 2x T shirt.one of the buttons fell off out of the package, but that's an easy fix.seems well made for the almost $50 it's a bit pricey but definitely a fun piece.much higher quality than the most costumes you find in stores or online. More Cosplay quality.particularly small in the shoulders.

I am a big guy, sure, but 2XL fits me, and is sometimes a bit loose. This 2XL feels like a small 1XL. Guess I should have gotten 3XL but who would have known that. :/

Upon reception I was a bit surprised that the purple color was lighter than in the photo, otherwise I like the coat and it gets a lot of compliments. Build quality seems typical for a costume so I have no expectations it will be a durable garment. I'm glad I got a size larger than what I normally wear, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to button it up. Your mileage may vary, but consider getting one size larger than you normally wear. I will probably get another in a different color for a little variety in my stage appearance.

The jacket is not cut exactly as shown; it falls straight rather than tapered in at the waist slightly.That being said the jacket is sturdy, comfortable and looks good in low light. I wore it to a costume gala as part of a Steampunk outfit and got lots of compliments on my outfit!
