This product is great!
I recently purchased the Macbook Pro 2020, and it wasn't easy to find a transparent case that would fit. When I ran into this one, I was a bit skeptical at first. I thought the case might not fit perfectly when it arrived. I was wrong! It fits perfectly! I wanted a cover to avoid getting any scratches on the MacBook, and I think it will do a good job.The case came with clear instructions; it was very easy to attach onto the laptop without any problems. The case came with the USB adapter, and it works just fine. It also came with a keyboard cover. It tends to move around a little while typing, but not enough to be annoying. I would definitely recommend this case!

Go for the Clear Cover -- Tips for install and about the fingerprints...
UPDATE 2 Clear Cover: After some time I bought the exact same cover, but in the clear plastic. It is so much nicer than the frosted. It's thicker, sturdier, and carries fewer fingerprints.UPDATE 1 on Frosted Cover: So now I've had the cover a week. I'd done a pretty good job of not getting prints on the front of the frosted cover, but I had a handful of cashews and then touched the front, and it's done for. The slightest oils on your hands will mark up the front. I've tried various methods, but once there, they pretty much stay there. I'm not too upset, as I mainly wanted protection and additional stickers will cover the smudges, but definitely something to consider if you're getting a cover for looks. I will say that I LOVE the keyboard cover that came with the laptop cover. It's perfect. So this is a mixed bag, and some people may want to pay more for something else. It's ok for me, though.Original review on FrostedI have a A2338, and when the packaging had the other models listed, but not the A2338 I thought that I'd been sent the wrong item at first -- especially when I had trouble putting on the top cover. Here's a tip if you have a A2338: the instruction sheet AND the video at the bottom of the product page both seem indicate that there are side clips on the top piece. That's not true -- there are just *corner* clips. So you'll have two clips on the bottom of the top piece (the section that covers the Apple logo), and it will feel smooth on the top. If you have trouble pressing the corner clips down, it will work to slowly slide whole cover down from the top, and then snap the clips on the bottom. At least that worked for me.A lot of people mention issues with fingerprints on the frosted case. This is probably more info that you need, but here it goes. The issue with the fingerprints isn't the frosty exterior side -- or at least it wasn't for me. When you put the case on your Mac, it's impossible not to touch the slick interior side of the case. I found that is where fingerprints are most likely to stay. Also, inks pretty easily rub off on the interior like grease, so be careful then you touch the instructions sheet and then put the case on. Also, my original plan was to put my stickers between my Mac and the case, so they wouldn't wear down being on the front. The ink on one rubbed off on the slick interior side. I used a small (tiny amount of alcohol) alcohol prep wipe and got the ink smudge off, and decided to just use the stickers like normal and adhere them to the front of the case, instead of trying to save them.I like the feel of the case, and I appreciate that it comes with keyboard covers for two different layouts. So I definitely got the keyboard layout that I needed. I also really appreciate that the case has built-in feet for the bottom. I think the quality of the case is great for the price. The hard clear case that you can order from the Apple Store is nearly $50. I think it probably is a harder plastic, but for just keeping scratches and daily wear down, I think this is a solid value. At time of purchase, price was $17.99 and on Prime for free delivery and returns.

Read the WRITTEN Instructions
For reference: I have the new M1 chip 13-inch Macbook Pro (2020)This clear case is pretty good, but showed up with a couple of scratches/marks (nothing I was too worried about or that you can really see once the case is on). The bottom isn’t as snug as a fit as I thought it would be, so the bottom isn’t as flush with the sides of my Macbook and pet hair does get trapped underneath the case. I haven’t really used the silicon keyboard covers as I did not like the feel of it (personal preference). My main concern with this updated version of the case is the written vs video instructions. Please read the WRITTEN instructions and DO NOT rely on the video for the top part of the case. The video shows to slide from the back and press on the top but it is the other way around. You need to slide the case down from the top/front and press to click the back in place. I about thought I was going to ruin my brand new Macbook.Overall, this case is a good value for its money and I would recommend it to friends with a warning about the minor marks and misleading video instructions.

DO NOT BUY - IMMEDIATELY CRACKED MY SCREEN
As soon as I put this on and shut my computer, I opened it back up to find a huge crack in my screen. I then googled and found that with recent Macbook Pro's, there is very little space allowed between the lid when closing, or else the computer screen cracks. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Nice premium case to protect your Mac
I bought this for a 2020 Macbook Pro 13" M1.I was somewhat hoping for a semi-transparent case. This one is completely opaque. However, the color is a nice rich maroon. It also has a nice smooth texture that doesn't feel like plastic. It gives my computer a premium feel.Installation was quite simple. Just snap on the top and bottom covers. They fit securely and won't fall off. The fit is perfect and all ports are still accessible. Also included are two keyboard skins. One include an escape key for models with physical escape keys, and one omits the escape key for models with an integrated escape on the touch bar. The skins are easy to get aligned correctly and give extra protection for the keyboard against spills. You can omit the keyboard skin if the texture of it bothers you - however, it gives your keyboard a unique look. These type of cases will protect your computer against scratches to the surface, but are not protection against major drops or bangs. If you are going to carry the computer around, I still recommend using a padded case. These will just protect the finish from every day wear and tear as these metal laptops can get scratched easily. One small thing to note - the top of this case does not have a cutout for the Apple logo. I have seen other similar items that have this cutout. If you like to have your Apple logo show, this case will cover it up. On the other hand, this case will protect that logo from scratches and also somewhat obscure the type of computer it is to make it less desirable to thieves.PROS: Good and secure fit Easy to install All ports accessible Vent openings are left unobstructed Does not feel like plastic once installedCONS: Covers Apple logo (might be a con or a pro) Opaque, not transparent Does not protect against major drops or bangs, only from surface scratches

Not 100% fitting
The base cover did not fit tightly and keeps popping out. In addition, when delivered, I saw scratch on the top cover.
