Is this quiet when on? So, can you still watch TV, for example, without distracting noise from the machine?

The air bags and compressor make the most noise but that should not stop you hearing your tv.

I want to be able to use this in the car after long drives. Is there a car adaptor compatible if yes how do you get it?

I tired different adapters but didn’t work in the car

Does my big bottom fits in it? Thanks 😂

I do not know the size of your derriere, however the massager sits on an ordinary dining chair, so I'd imagine you'd be ok, although possibly the inflatable air bags may be of little use to you.

Can it be use in car?

No, unless you don't want it plugged in!
