I noticed that several over reviews mentioned it was too salty. It is not too salty for me. To me, bacon is supposed to be salty and used as a side dish or a topping so it needs to be salty and I take this into account when salting my eggs. However, I needn't have been worried, once I tasted it I thought it was totally on par with regular bacon or even a little less salty. Salt is an individual taste, of course, but if you are concerned I would rate this slightly less salty than conventional bacon on the market -- but yes, bacon is a salty product.

Highest quality bacon I have ever eaten.
I am a bit of a bacon connoisseur and I have tried many kinds from many brands. What I appreciate most about this company is their quality standards. every piece of bacon is as good as the next. I could not recommend this product more highly. I ordered once to try it and then came back to order 4 more 4 packs and they all “pass the test”!

Very disappointing - the only thing you can taste is SALT
EXTREMELY SALTY but the description says its uncured with nitrites or nitrates. All you taste is the salt. Usually organic products taste excellent because you taste the natural product. Very disappointing.
