This clip was easy to install, just take your time. Recommend using a multi-bit jeweler’s screwdriver bit set and a magnifying lens on a base (with ample light). The screws are minuscule, so recommend performing the installation on a desk, and only pulling one screw out of the packet at a time. I used a drop of Loctite on each screw; so have a paper towel at the ready for the excess from a drop on the threads, as one drop is too much for these tiny screws. Using a straight jeweler’s screwdriver with a T-6 (I believe it was) bit, under a magnifying glass, will ensure your best effort in threading the screws on straight and true. The kit comes with a small right-angle Allen-style wrench, I just feel using a proper straight screwdriver enhances/ensures you’ll thread it correctly the first time. Screw it on with the Leatherman lying flat on a surface, don’t hold the Leatherman in your hand, as you’ll increase the risk of an off-center threading. Once you have it started, you may feel at some point that it is seated on the Leatherman, as you are concerned about over-tightening the screws. Look at the clip from the side, if you have an air gap, you need to tighten it further until the clip is seated flush with the body of the Leatherman. You’ll feel at that point, that the screws have genuinely fully seated. I noticed on mine, the overlap at the back of the clip, over the screw that holds the blades together, was causing a very slight tilt to the side initially (when I was just sighting the alignment). That went away after the clip was properly screwed onto my Leatherman Bond. After ensuring the screws were seated properly, I found no issue with the clip, feeling it was practically welded to the Leatherman. The closest blade did not rub on the screws internally, everything was machined as prescribed for this clip’s proper installation. I used a paper towel to wipe away any excess Loctite I could see, using the magnifying glass. Over all I am very satisfied with the Donk! pocket clip, and am certain it will last as long as the multitool. It looks great, and I am happy with the purchase of this product overall.

Donks quality is exceptional. I have had 2 on my leatherman tools and years later they still look great, and the etchings have not worn off, nor have they come loose since I installed them. Don't know what else I can say they work and work good. I have seen some people complain they don't fit or are hard to install but all I have to say about that is I have purchased about four of them now and have never had an issue so maybe it's you, and not the product.

Fits perfectly as expected of Donk. The etched design adds a touch of personality to the tool. I put a drop of Loctite in each screw hole for a more secure installation.

Titanium is not tensile strong and should not be used in a "springy" application. My Donk clip on a Leatherman Free P2 snapped after approximately 75 insertions into my pocket, Leatherman side in the pocket, Donk on the outside. I do not use my belt. I am left handed. Snap! and I almost lost my Leatherman when pulling out my wallet because loose.

I wanted to give it a 5 star but I just couldn’t. First the good. It fit my leather man Arc perfectly, so not complains there. It came with the screws and the tool which was awesome and a super easy install. It gave my arc some personality. The only bad thing I saw is that however they add the skull designs was off towards the end of the clip. Like it slide off and it’s just black. Which is fine but my OCD is annoyed by it but I’ll live. Other than that great product. Let’s hope it last.

Awesome upgrade to my Talos!

I cant figure out why there are so many negative reviews. Almost stopped me from buying this clip, except there arent much for other options. The OEM clip broke after catching it on something or another. Its not designed to take the weight of my body being pulled like that. It needs to be rigid so it maintains its shape. Its rather them break once in a blue moon than bend out over a few months and be super loose. Anyways, this clip seems the same. Its served me well and ive not caught it on anything.

Strong material

Was very good until it broke on me, didn’t bend or anything just snapped off with minimal strain, not worth the money I paid for it.

This thing has been bad from the word go. Never had good retention always needed adjustments and due to the constant adjusting of pressure it broke. Weak low grade titanium and now made thick enough to withstand daily use on a belt. Maybe good for pocket but I wouldn’t use on belt
