STACY ADAMS Men's Madison Boot

When I saw these boots which are all leather, leather lined and sole,made by Stacy Adams I had to buy them.At 22 pounds delivered free it was worth the risk and they are perfect so I got another pair.Baring in mind that they are normally 130 to 160 pounds I am more than happy.

Superb delivery and I tracked the order all the way through, they arrived early and when I opened the package I wasn't disappointed. The boots are a little on the large size, I ordered a UK size 8 boot but I got a US size 9. Nothing a decent pair of socks won't put to rights though. Nice soft leather and they won't take much breaking in. They are well made and are exactly what I was looking for. Some reviews has said they look too shiny. 'Bulled' we used to call it in the military back in the day. They'll do either as a jean boot or with smart trousers. Just the thing for posing till closing.

The style is brilliant. Good leather and should last for a long time, the price is around fair enough, even if it's getting shipped to the UK so that like an extra £30 Obviously check your UK foot size to match the USA size

Great boots although a little pricey

They're ok I guess, feel pretty uncomfortable at the moment. Fit ok lengthwise but a tad too tight in width. Not sure if my foot'll stretch them out. Leather isn't excellent but they do look nice. I'll wear them for a few days and hopefully they stretch out.

These are decent shoes for the price. They are made exactly as a vintage pair of men's boots, circa 1900-1920s. They run very narrow: I am between a 12D and a 12E size, normally ordering D width and letting the shoe break in a little with very good results. I could not fit into the 12D Madison Boot, I had to order the 12EE and stretch that a little. The shoe is now extremely comfortable after three or four days. My recommendation, order a width or two up, possibly up a size as well if you intend to wear them with heavy socks.

Smooth leather sole, grippy heal, make good dance shoes with solid ankle support. Sizing is a bit bigger than normally expect.

I have had these for a few weeks and worn them a few times. I really like these boots and I think they look sharp. I have the taupe color and love the way these look with dark jeans. Mine are leather sole and yes, they are slick when brand new, but after wearing them for a while they rough up and are not bad at all. Much like any other leather sole shoe I have worn. This is a kid leather and it is a thinner leather, but seemingly quite durable. I like the look and feel of these boots. I would absolutely buy these again. I would order a half size down. I wear a 10.5 in Asics running shoes and I should have ordered a 10 in these boots. I have them in 10.5 and they are longer than I would prefer. Size wise they are ok, I can and do wear them, but I would size down to a 10 if I were to do it again.
